2. What data I collect
I only collect data you voluntarily provide when contacting me \u2014 your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you book a call through an external scheduling system (Cal.com), the data you enter there is also processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis
I process your data to respond to your inquiry and to potentially establish cooperation \u2014 based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request and the controller\u2019s legitimate interest in conducting correspondence).
4. How long I keep data
I keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or until you object.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). To exercise these rights, write to hello@takealuke.studio.
6. Cookies
This is a static website and does not use its own cookies for tracking or profiling. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may use technical cookies strictly necessary for secure operation and protection \u2014 these are exempt from consent requirements. If I add analytics tools in the future, I will update this document and request consent where required.
7. Recipients and processors
To provide my services I use trusted providers who may process data on my behalf: hosting (Cloudflare), email (Zoho), and call scheduling (Cal.com). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards.
8. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy, e.g. when tools or regulations change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
