Context
The brand had to work at three very different scales: on small packaging, across an interior, and on screen.
A mark that looks right on a label usually falls apart blown up on a wall, and vice versa. Both had to be solved with one piece of artwork.
Production added a constraint of its own: packaging and interior elements are produced by different processes, so the mark had to survive simplification without losing character.

Decision
I based the mark on a single construction rule and documented that rule as a system rather than shipping one file. Every application is a variant of the same logic instead of a separate design job.
“One construction rule instead of ten versions of a logo.”

Outcome
The same mark holds its form on a label the size of a matchbox and across an entire venue wall — no redrawing, no backup version in case one scale broke it. The construction is documented as a rule, so every new application is a variant of it, not a separate design job.
The system now runs across packaging, print collateral and the interior itself — different production processes, one consistent mark.
