Context
The brand was growing faster than its visual system. Every channel invented its own solutions, so it was hard to tell it was one company.
The problem wasn’t a shortage of ideas but a shortage of rules — nobody knew what was a principle and what was a one-off.

Decision
I wrote the rules first and designed screens second. The website became the proof that the system works, rather than another one-off solution.
“Rules first, screens second.”

Animation
Outcome
The website, collateral and motion now speak in one voice — exactly what was missing when every channel was inventing its own solution. Rules written down before the first screen turned out to work better than designing pages one at a time.
Leman Skills' team now has a working rule set and builds new material from it — the brand grows consistently without needing me to sign off on every piece.
